Client Console Scheduler

Client Console Scheduler · Effective 5 October 2026 · Last updated 5 October 2026

Client Console Scheduler (“Client Console”, “we”, “us”) is a scheduling tool operated by Eye Heru that lets a user connect their own social accounts and schedule, publish and review posts for the Pages and profiles they manage. This policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how you delete it.

1. Who is responsible

Eye Heru is the controller of the data described here. Contact: eyeheru369@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Account details: name and email address used to sign in.
  • Content you create in the app: post text, images, video, captions, scheduled publish times, internal notes and labels.
  • Support messages you send us.

Information from connected platforms

When you connect a Meta (Facebook or Instagram) account through Facebook Login for Business, we receive only what you approve on the permission screen. Depending on the permissions you grant, that may include:

  • Your Meta user ID and basic profile name.
  • The list of Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts you manage, with their IDs, names and profile images.
  • Page access tokens used to publish and read content on your behalf.
  • Published post data and post-level insights (reach, impressions, engagement counts) for the Pages and accounts you connect.
  • Comments and messages on your connected Pages, where you have enabled those features in Client Console.

We do not request or store your Meta password. We do not collect data about people other than what Meta returns as part of your own Page and account activity.

Information collected automatically

  • Log data: IP address, browser or device type, timestamps, and the actions taken in the app, kept for security and debugging.
  • A session cookie used to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not run third-party ad trackers.

3. How we use information

  • To authenticate you and keep your session secure.
  • To publish, schedule, edit and delete content on the accounts you have connected, at the times you set.
  • To display your scheduled queue, published history and performance metrics back to you.
  • To operate, debug, secure and improve the service.
  • To respond to your support requests.
  • To comply with law and with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share Platform Data with data brokers, ad networks or monetisation services. We do not use your content or your audience data to train machine learning models.

4. Legal bases (EEA/UK users)

  • Contract — providing the scheduling service you signed up for.
  • Legitimate interests — security, abuse prevention and service improvement.
  • Consent — connecting a Meta account and granting each permission; you may withdraw it at any time by disconnecting the account.
  • Legal obligation — where retention or disclosure is required by law.

5. Sharing

We share data only with:

  • Meta Platforms, to carry out the publishing and reading actions you request.
  • Infrastructure providers that host the application and its database under contract, acting on our instructions only.
  • Authorities, where a valid legal request requires it.
  • A successor entity, if the service is transferred; you will be notified before your data moves.

6. Retention

  • Scheduled and published content: kept while your account is active.
  • Access tokens: kept until you disconnect the account or the token expires or is revoked, then deleted.
  • Insights data retrieved from Meta: cached no longer than 30 days, then refreshed or purged.
  • Log data: up to 90 days.
  • After you delete your account or submit a deletion request, all associated data is removed from live systems within 30 days and from backups within 90 days.

7. Your choices and rights

  • Disconnect any Meta account from inside Client Console at any time; this revokes the stored token immediately.
  • Review or remove Client Console’s access in Facebook under Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
  • Request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your data by emailing eyeheru369@gmail.com, or by following the data deletion instructions.
  • Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to or restrict processing, and to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

We respond to verified requests within 30 days.

8. Security

Data is transmitted over TLS. Access tokens are stored encrypted at rest. Access to production systems is limited to the operator of the service and protected by multi-factor authentication. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.

9. International transfers

The service is operated from the United States, and data may be processed there. Where data is transferred out of the EEA or UK, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism.

10. Children

Client Console is not directed to anyone under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK), and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has used the service, contact us and we will delete the account.

11. Changes

If we make a material change we will update the date above and, where we have your email, notify you before the change takes effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated policy.
