This page explains how to delete the data that Client Console Scheduler holds about you. You can do this yourself in under a minute, or ask us to do it.

Option 1 — Remove the app from Facebook

Open Facebook and go to Settings & Privacy → Settings.
Select Apps and Websites in the left menu.
Find Client Console Scheduler in the list.
Click Remove, and tick the box to delete posts and activity the app made on your behalf if you also want those removed from Facebook.

Removing the app revokes our access token immediately. Facebook notifies us, and we delete the data associated with your connection within 30 days.

Option 2 — Disconnect inside Client Console

Sign in to Client Console.
Go to Settings → Connected Accounts.
Click Disconnect next to the account you want removed.

This revokes the stored access token right away and deletes that account’s cached Pages, posts and insights.

Option 3 — Delete your whole account

Sign in to Client Console.
Go to Settings → Account.
Click Delete account and confirm.

Option 4 — Email us

Send a request to eyeheru369@gmail.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request, from the email address on your Client Console account, and tell us whether you want a single connected account removed or the entire account deleted.

We will verify the request, delete the data, and confirm by email within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your access tokens for the connected platform (revoked immediately).
Your profile and account record with us.
Scheduled, draft and published post records you created in Client Console, including uploaded media.
Cached Page, post and insights data retrieved from the platform.
Internal notes, labels and settings tied to your account.

What is not deleted

Posts that were already published to Facebook or Instagram. Those live on the platform and must be deleted there (or by ticking the removal box in Option 1).
Records we are required to keep by law, such as transaction or tax records, which are retained only for the period the law requires.

Timeline

Data is removed from live systems within 30 days of a verified request and purged from encrypted backups within 90 days. Tokens are revoked immediately in all cases.
