Privacy Policy, AI Alerts

AI Alerts, by Eye Heru 369. Last updated: August 2026.

AI Alerts (“the app”) watches the Claude Code sessions running on your own Macs and tells you when one needs you. It is built with your privacy in mind. This policy explains what the app does with information.

No accounts, no ads, no tracking

The app does not require an account. There is no advertising, no analytics, and no tracking of any kind. Nothing about you is sold or shared with advertisers.

No servers

There is no AI Alerts server, and no cloud service behind the app. Your iPhone or iPad talks directly to a Mac of your own that you paired it with, over your own network. Nothing you do in the app reaches Eye Heru 369, and there is no third party involved to receive it.

What your devices tell each other

Each Mac you connect reports to the Mac running the app: its name, whether Claude Code is working, waiting on you, finished or idle, the folder it is working in, the tools it ran, and how many tokens it used. Your iPhone or iPad reads that same picture from the Mac you paired it with. All of it stays between devices you own.

Your Claude account is never touched

The app never asks for, reads, or stores your Claude login or any other credential, and it never contacts Anthropic. Token counts come from the session records Claude Code already keeps on your own Mac, and only the counts are reported. The contents of a conversation never leave your Mac, and neither does anything you typed.

Camera

On iPhone and iPad, the app uses your camera only to read the pairing QR code shown by the Mac app. Camera images are processed on your device in the moment and are never recorded, saved, or transmitted. You can deny camera access and still use the app by entering the address and access key by hand.

Local network

The app needs local network access so your phone can reach your Mac. That connection is direct, between your own devices, on your own network.

What is stored, and where

On your iPhone or iPad: the address of the Mac you paired with, your settings, and the access key. The key is held in the device keychain and marked so it stays on that device and never travels in a backup.

On your Mac: the app keeps its history and settings in your own user Library folder, and each connected Mac keeps a small settings file in your home folder. Nothing is written outside your user account. Disconnecting a Mac removes its files from that machine.

Notifications

Alerts are raised by your own devices. There is no push service, so no notification of yours passes through anyone else’s server.

Network security

Traffic between your devices is unencrypted, which is why the app is meant for a network you trust, such as your home or office. To use it away from home, or on shared Wi-Fi, install Tailscale on your devices and connect through that; Tailscale encrypts the connection and is governed by its own privacy policy.

Third parties

None. The app sends nothing to any third-party service. Links to eyeheru369.com and other sites open in your browser and are governed by those sites’ terms.

Children

The app does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this page.
