Installing
A minute, tops. The installer places every format in the right spot automatically.
macOS
- Open the .dmg and run Install Frequency Detector Tool.
- Tick the formats you want (AU, VST3, AAX, CLAP, Standalone) and continue.
- Restart your DAW, it appears under Analyzer / effects.
Windows
- Run FrequencyDetectorTool-Setup.exe.
- Choose your formats (VST3, AAX, CLAP, Standalone) and install.
- Rescan plugins in your DAW. AAX needs Pro Tools 2026 or newer.
